Abstract

 

The present research aims to identify

 

1_ The personal negotiating to the heads of the department and the branches of colleges.

2_ The Double thinking to the heads of the department and the branches of colleges.

 

3- _The Decision taking to the heads of the department and the branches of colleges.

4_The difference according to the type (human – science) , the specialization (human, science) between personal negotiation, double thinking and decision taking.

 

5- The difference in the Double Thinking to the heads of the departments of colleges and the branches according to the type ( male – female) and both jurisdiction ( human _ science)

 

6- The difference in the personal negotiation to the heads of the departments of colleges and the branches according to the type ( male – female) and both jurisdiction ( human _ science)

 

7- The relationship between the personal negotiating double thinking and decision taking in the heads of the departments and the branches of colleges.

To achieve these aims the researcher builds a measurement to the Personal negotiation and also make a measurement to the Double Thinking and Decision Taking then she measure their validity, reliability and discriminatory power among the items of the t test .

The researcher then applies them on the needs of department of the colleges which consists of (375) subject who are chosen randomly and who are chosen from the colleges of university of Baghdad and mustansiriya, al nahrain, technology, iragi, karbala ,kufa and Babylon.

After processing the data statistically using t test for one sample and the two independent sample cronbich alph and a nova

The researcher arrived to the following result:

1-the heads of the department and the branch college do not have p.n.

2- The heads of the department and branch of college have d.t

3_The presence of statistically significant difference in favor of males in the jurisdiction of human and science

4_The presence of statistically significant difference in favor of males in the jurisdiction of science to the Double Thinking.

5_ The presence of statistically significant difference in favor of male and female in the jurisdiction of science and human

_6The presence of correlation among Personal Negotiation , Double Thinking and Decision Taking.

 

After extraction the result the researcher presented a set of conclusion recommendation and proposal.
