                                                                                                                                                      Abstract

This study attempts to explain the function of the Quranic deliberative in the short verses, and presents us with the methods adopted to influence the recipient, as well as the aesthetic and persuasive dimensions that the Qur’anic text suggests to its reader and its listeners. It is a source of  inexhaustible methods and ideas, to explain the short verses in particular; to distinguish them with the various characteristics of arguments to achieve the goal of the speaker.

As a result, the research included a prelude and three chapter:

The preface was devoted to the study of the concept of arguments , characteristics, the presentation of multiple names in the short Quranic verses, opinions of scientists and researchers in its number.

The first chapter deals with the effectiveness of the rhythm in achieving the function of the arguments of the Quranic text.

The second chapter, in which the researcher showed the work of the linguistic argument in the Qur’anic text, through its mechanisms available in the short verses .

The  chapter of this study deals with the speech of  rhetoric arguments by relying on the methods of data received.

These chapters were followed by a conclusion in which the most important findings of the researcher were obtained through this study, as well as a list of sources and references adopted by the research, and finally a summary in English.

The study emerged a set of results, the most importan of which:

   – The Qur’anic discourse argument  is composed of many elements that the interpreter must be familiar with and aware of in his work, because it helps to strengthen his interpretation. The most important of these elements is the knowledge of the causes of descent, the suitability of the Quranic verses among them and understanding the meanings and rulings issued by the Qur’anic text, and taking into account the aspects of linguistic and rhetoric translations in the Quran. order to enable researchers to study the Holy Quran according to interpretations rather than studying it and interpreting it according to the desires.

   – The mechanisms of the theory of  the arguments (rhythmic, linguistic, and rhetorical) in the Qur’anic text are effective and attract the recipient to a certain opinion, or change his belief.

The researcher reported from a wide range of studies related to one or another of the studied subjects. The most important of these were the letters and thesis related to the study of the arguments, many studies of the short Qur’anic verses, and some of the academic texts related to the subject study and some periodicals.
