Abstract

               This studies done to find out the biological technology , for the animal used for the research in the form which used to storage the semen as liquid and cryopreservation , this studies include has been done to include connection the sperms and egg to include the fertility quality for the rooster in order for the embryo transfer to the cows , the result of studies:-

1- Using dilutions to save the semen which used for contents of the glycerol in order to use this liquid for artificial insemination .

2- To reciev suitable Fertilization percentage when usining the Cryopreservation freezing – thawing semen .

3- Cryopreservation the semen of rooster their for using this process agein.

4- Test method the quality of fertility.

5- The important technologies for reproductive theis animal which has good standerd of the genetic character.

6- From out studies we find all these technologies is more economy financialy and labour for animal farm .
