Abstract
The relations between the private sector and unemployment, one of the major problems faced by all economies . Whether developed or developing , and this is what sparked the attention of decision-makers from economists and thinkers of Economic and Social Sciences and Political Rights, seeking to identify the effects that unemployment on the reality of these economies and societies. She has worked most of the developing countries to include in their economic policies, a measure of economic reforms and pursued effects of economic, social and even political implications by reducing the chances of stability , which is a milestone in the economic performance efficient .
The main reason for these problems is unemployment resulting from the failure by the labor demand to absorb the supply of labor force , resulting from a combination of factors is the increasing rates of population growth and stop economic growth , leading to reduced employment opportunities and the demobilization of the preparation of workers and the increase in cases of unemployment .
Has led those economic reasons in many developing countries , including selected countries ( Egypt – Algeria – China ) to implement privatization programs being of the mechanisms of economic reform aimed at reducing the level of internal imbalances and outflows and attract foreign direct investment and promote the sector’s role in economic life and provide jobs for the unemployed and reduce the budget deficit .
