Abstract

         In a manner of spelling, the university is a housing of experience and it is source of development for society. It pass through the terms of development in many stage unit this time. So it perform multi functions like research in order to serve the economic development.

Therefore it take shape the theory of knowledge in the society and give him all the cadre which the society need.

The university now is related with other establishment in side the nations, to give them its experience. In addition, there is interaction between the society and the university. As for development, it is totality concept contain multi signification and scientific interpretation, so that there is economic society and political development…..etc. Therefore we need to study the relationship and the affect of the university on the development of other variables in the society. In order to attain this purpose, we take for out study the Iraq and Egypt economy as a case study in order to know the affects of university on economic development. Then we take the theoretical side and we analysis the role of university upon the economic development. And after that we use Econometrics Methods to become sure about the theoretical analysis.

After all we end out research by some conclusion and recommendations.
