Abstract

The Holy Quran is the main source, and the first to which Islamic knowledge is restored. The application of such legislation is appropriate and keeps pace with every time and place. The Almighty God helped me in choosing this subject (the impact of the science of the Koran in the development of validity at The  Front Doctrine), through which the researcher wanted to embody the relationship between the first sources of legislation, namely, the Koran, and what was able to draw The  Front Doctrine, as a curriculum that regulates human relationship with the end According to the righteous divine path, his world was guided by the light of their imams, the al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

       The problem of the study were some of the questions that must be answered and covered: First: Do the scholars of the Imamate play a role in the science of the Qur’an? What is their position on those sciences ?Second: Do these sciences have the effect of devising the Sharia rulings ?Third: How did the scholars from the front direct the science of the Koran according to the approach of the people of the house (peace be upon them)? Fourth: Are the inferences of the forefront and their devise of the Islamic rulings compatible with the science of the Koran? The research was divided into: five chapters, preceded by an introductory chapter, organized according to the following:

The introductory chapter: It was under the title (the theoretical framework of the concepts of the message at The  Front Doctrine), and contains two topics:The first section deals with the theoretical framework of the concepts of devising the Islamic rulings at The  Front Doctrine.( While the second topic: the conceptual framework of the science of the Koran.The first chapter: the impact of the reasons for the descent in the deduction at the front, which includes four topics:The first section deals with the concept of the reasons for descent, while the second section deals with the reasons for the descent at The  Front Doctrine.The second chapter was in: The impact of the readings in devising the provisions of legitimacy at The  Front Doctrine.The second topic was: Impact of the readings in the jurisprudence applications at the foreground. And then comes the third chapter, which dealt with: The significance of the transcriber and copied in the Koran at the front. In the four sections, the first topic: the concept of the transcriber and copied in the Koran and possible at The  Front Doctrine. While the second topic was in: the difference between copying and primitive and conditions of copying.

The third section deals with: Copying sections.Then comes the fourth section indicating: the effect of the duplicator and copied in the jurisprudential applications at The  Front Doctrine,

Chapter IV explains: hermetic and similar divisions at The  Front Doctrine.The first three topics about: the arbitrator and similar at The  Front Doctrine. The second topic is: The relationship of the arbitrator in total and shown with the divisions of the arbitrator and similar at The  Front Doctrine.The third topic is applied to arbitrator divisions and similar in some of the new issues .The fifth chapter was entitled: the impact of the year and absolute, and overall and The interpreter in the deduction at The  Front Doctrine.

And the three topics: The first topic was in: The impact of public and private in the deduction at The  Front Doctrine. While the second topic was in: The effect of absolute and restricted in deduction at The  Front Doctrine.The third topic dealt with: the impact of the overall and The interpreter in the deduction at The  Front Doctrine.

The research concludes with a conclusion: the main findings and recommendations.

The researcher adopted the following methods in writing his thesis: Descriptive and thematic approach The inductive, analytical, and deductive approach, as well as the comparative approach, as required by the thesis, this made the researcher rely on many Arab and foreign sources, and many research and published studies.
