Abstract

God created man socially and civil of course can not live alone unless resorted to others, and this is what necessitates the human to coexist with others in life to achieve what has been done by community necessity, and since coexistence is an act of human error Is a behavior that achieves the social purpose, its coexistence with others must be characterized by peace, harmony and harmony.

But even if necessity is a judge, the human being ignores them or errs in achieving them in reality, or deliberately violates them, even in himself, it is not possible to cut them off, so there are many reasons for division, division and dispersion.

Hence, it is necessary to say that the peaceful coexistence between human societies is to be achieved by referring to the true statement of coexistence based on the sacred law, which is represented by the Prophet and his pure family, to seek peaceful coexistence according to the Ahl al-Bayt school of jurisprudence compared to positive law.

The importance of the study is that the contemporary situation is witnessing a continuous conflict for various reasons and in almost all parts of the world. Each party to the conflict tries to find a reason to give it a permit and a justification for the differences and differences in the sustainability of that conflict. However, this does not justify the threat of peaceful coexistence between the parties. Stop this and return to the human instinct to meet and co-exist with others.

Peaceful co-existence does not concern the Muslim’s treatment of others. Rather, he is more general than that, and he does not stand at the theoretical level, so that he is completely educated without having any effect on the actual reality of the necessary human need. He can not fully believe in his needs in life alone, In the total actions and actions of others, and then must be established relationship and communication for coexistence with them.

By studying the rights affirmed by the Prophet And the Imams, who explore that they represent a complete system of ethics and behavior that must be followed in dealing with people, whether they are brothers or friends or others, in order to strengthen ties and community relations. This reflects a true image of peaceful coexistence between societies and representation of the true religion of Islam.

The jurisprudential provisions and rights that are legislated by positive law and others that encourage good community relations when committed to them will make the society a cohesive society sympathetic to the exchange of kindness and benevolence, and cooperate to gain benefits for it and to prevent harm to it, and thus feel all members of society and assume their responsibility in And to find among themselves and others the good cohabitation with the rest of societies to pay harm and supplement the system.
