abstract

The injury is one of the main problems facing the process of advancing the levels of sport and moving from level to level, as the injury is a physical and psychological barrier prevents access to higher levels, and boxers are exposed to different types of sports injuries, and this is what the researcher saw in his continuous follow-up and monitoring of tournaments and units The most common of these injuries is carpal tunnel syndrome, Therefore, it is considered a problem to be processed and disposed of through rehabilitation according to the laser devices and low capacity and electronic stimulation. The most important goals were the preparation of rehabilitation exercises in the rehabilitation of carpal tunnel syndrome for young boxers. The researcher put several hypotheses of either there is a positive effect of the exercises in the rehabilitation of the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome of young boxers. The researcher identified his research community with the players of Karbala, Babil and Najaf governorates in the game. The owners of the carpal tunnel syndrome (16) were infected. The researcher chose him by the intentional method of (10) infected people, which represented (53.3%) of the community of origin. (5) for each group, after diagnosis and severity of the injury and the history of the disease from the doctor in the specialist clinic and physiotherapy. Finally, the researcher developed a set of conclusions and recommendations, including the effectiveness of the laser device and rehabilitation training exercises to improve the range of motor and reduce the degrees of pain. Adopt an electronic stimulation device with rehabilitation exercises in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome that occurs for athletes.
