Praise be to Allah , Lord of the worlds, praise him as much as those who praise, and thank him for the number of those who worshiped him, ask His forgiveness, and repent to Him, may Allahs blessings and peace be upon His most honorable creation, our Master Muhammad, and on his pure and kind family and his companions, and the permanent curse of their enemies until the Day of Judgment comes later:

The prophet (PBUH) is a messenger of religion and the leader of a nation, and his religion is the best of religions, the most complete and his nation is the most charitable and the best, for he is the tallest summit in all fields and he is the high peak at all levels, it is no wonder that his life is the richest source of light for all mankind.

From this standpoint, the history of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is worthy of reading and studying and it is worthy for every researcher who loves to see the life of the great or loves to learn about the method of life or wants to transcend himself and his society to the horizon of human perfection.

It is worth all of these to be enlighten by the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), while studying the hadiths of the Holy Prophet and the people of his pure family. In my study, I chose this hadith: Not from us

Among the motives of my choice, the subject of the research is its importance, because the words of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) “Not from us” does not issue something unless it is very ugly, which leads its owner to a dangerous matter and fears the perpetrator of disbelief. Likewise, the effect of a modern “not from us” social and psychological impact on the individual and society.

In addition, I did not stand on a previous study on this subject at the Imamate, but the people of the Sunnah dealt with it differently, Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Fattah and his research does not only deal with the phrase “not from us”, but added some other phrases, stressing his study on the science of hadith.

I dealt with it in a juristic manner, as it is clear that his saying “not from us” has multiple indications, as it may denote sacredness, and in another aspect it is obligatory, hate, desirability or permissibility.

With the help of God, I gathered the correct, good, well-documented and weak hadiths on the condition that fame is valid for them, with the help of acceptable hadiths to attribute weak hadiths compelled by fame, this is with regard to the Imamate.

As for the people of the Sunnah, the correct and good hadiths that are accepted were combined with commenting on them from the sayings of the scholars, and in some cases they were taken with the hadiths sent by the two parties, knowing that both the Imamate and the public have restrictions in accepting the sent hadiths, and on this basis the hadiths were included.

My study was on chain of predication and was limited to hadiths that include the phrase “not from us,” and I mentioned the chain of predication in the text. As for the hadiths that I used in the research, I did not study the chain of its predication, except in the case that it is a predication chain of hadeeths that are weak in fame as previously mentioned, mentioning the chain of its predication in the margin if available.

Some hadiths were mentioned from the books of the Imamate who did not mention its predication. Because it was taken from the books of the audience, so I did not study its predication, because both the Imamate and the public have special criteria for studying the Imamate, so I mentioned that it is correct or good at the audience.

There are some hadiths mentioned by the Imamate jurists in their books of forms on the audience jurists, such as the hadith “We are not one of the ablution after washing”, so I did not study it with the imamate, but I studied it with the audience; Being considered to them.

And there are hadiths that were used which were close to the hadith “not from us”, and I included them once in the text and another in the margin.

An important point must be mentioned that I must clarify, which is: When the research was divided and ranked by the books of jurisprudence and its chapters, there was an error in the number of pages, so one subsection may include one or more Hadiths, which led to a variation in the number of pages and the scientific material increased from one request to another. Consequently, there was a discrepancy in the main sections, for the hadiths here are the main subject, and it is not possible to leave the hadiths until the pages are equal or close to them; Because the focus of the thesis is a hadith that includes the phrase “not from us.”

In addition, the number of hadiths at the Imamate is more than the audience, since the hadith is at the Imamate, the saying, the verb and the report of the infallible, while the public is the saying, the verb and the report of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

As for the problems that I encountered during the research, the division of hadiths and their arrangement on the books of jurisprudence and their chapters, by placing them in a manner consistent with the division of investigations and demands.

The difficulty of studying the predication; I found similar names, or the titles and surnames are mentioned without the names, which made me study the time period of the narrator, and any Imam of his contemporary, depending on the science of men, and this problem faced me in my study to support the hadith of the imamate only, since the hadiths of the audience did study the predication.

I also had another problem, which is the breadth of the topic in various aspects, and it was necessary to get out of it with a comprehensive summary of the topic.

As for the references and sources that they adopted, they relied on language books, origins, jurisprudence, the science of hadiths, and men science.

The overall plan that I took in this research includes an introduction, a preamble, two chapters and a conclusion.

The introduction: As I mentioned, it includes the importance of the topic, an optional reason for it, the research methodology, references and sources that depended on it, and the research plan.

preamble: It included several demands, in which I dealt with the concept of “not from us” among linguist, and the imamate, and in the audience, and I dealt with the position of the hadith in the twelve imamate and the audience.

The first chapter: It dealt with its jurisprudential resources in a hadith that is “not from us” at the imamate, and it included five topics. As for the first topic: it dealt with origin of “not from us”, by explaining the effect of this hadith psychologically and socially, and the reasons for the Prophet (PBUH) resorting to this expression, and the implications of the hadith, and the effect of the individual’s departure from the group, the obligatory citizen in the hadith, and the entry of the hadith in the indicative or the Mawlawi. The second topic: it dealt with the jurisprudential resources in this hadith regarding the servant aspects. The third topic: it dealt with jurisprudential resources in this hadith in the aspects of contracts. The fourth topic: Jurisprudence resources were discussed in this hadith in the miracles of the Ahlulbait (peace be upon them) and the characteristics of their Shiites and the honor of the elders and the ties of kinship and other resources. The fifth topic: Jurisprudence resources in this hadith dealt with the rulings, manners of cohabitation, good neighborhood and other resources.

Conclusion: The most important results of the research, the index, and I ask the Almighty God to make the reward of this effort sincerely for his honorable face, asking the Lord Almighty to accept it with the best acceptance, ready to answer.
