      The Confederate States of America was created out of the womb of social, economic and political conflicts and crises between the two divisions in the United States of America, North and South, and one of the major wars that broke out in the nineteenth century, and with its coming, stopped the industry in the old continent, and forced several countries to interest in the bloody conflict in half Western ball for a period of four years, during which The Confederate States of America formed their own system, constitution, and administration, based on the confederation system, and although their system and constitution did not differentiate much from the Federal North, they gained the social rights they sought, namely, to install the institution of slavery in The new system, which was the main factor in the separation from the United States of America, and to guarantee the rights of the states that the North denied them.

The state established by the Americans in 1789 was not able to fuse the northern and southern societies into one state, and social and economic differences remained between the free industrial north and the agricultural south, which completely depends on the slaves for its cultivation, and emerged from the economic and social difference, great political differences between those who want to stabilize The institution of slavery is in its geographical area, and between those who want to emancipate slaves and lay the foundations of economic capitalism. Therefore, these two poles fought a long political record of conflict that extended from the beginning of the establishment of the state until the secession of the south and the establishment of the American allied states. The ideological differences made the two parties not accept each other’s views, and the conflict was inevitable, and all truces and political concessions postponed the conflict no more, and the presidential elections in 1860 revealed the papers and grimaces of the North about its teeth in its efforts to liberate slaves, and in front of it the southerners achieved their dreams of establishing a slave state Which they threatened many times and tried to establish it more than once, and the opportunity had arisen for them in 1860-1861, to put their hopes on the ground and establish The Confederate States of America

      The Confederate States formed their administration on February 8, 1861, out of seven southern slave states that separated from the United States of America. The separate states argued that the constitution that had combined them with the United States of America enabled them to secede, but the United States refused to separate and said that it was illegal. The American Civil War with the Confederacy’s attack in April 1861 on Fort Sumter, this fortress that the Confederate States demanded. The war lasted four years in which the Confederacy built a military, diplomatic and economic system. In April 1865, the Confederacy collapsed, and with its collapse the south returned to the authority of the United States of America.
