Abstract
This study focuses on one of the most famous writers during the fourth century (Hegira calendar) we focused on his character, life, scientific position and historical narration in his book, AL-Kafi, this study divided into four chapters flowed by an end and premiered by an introduction.
The first chapter was titled his life and scientific position, by this chapter we knew Sheikh Al-Kileeni descent of Kileen which had a clear scientific impact as well as his issues and opinion of science men in him ,in addition, we talked about his name and birth, that we founded out that Sheikh AI-Kileeni was well-famed with his honesty in choosing the honest and true news, that’s why the scientists called him the trust of Islam.
The most important book he issued is the book of AI-Kafi, since he spent twenty years of his life by traveling through different countries to collect the Hadithsof The prophet Mohammed Peace be upon him and his members of house.
The efforsts done by Sheikh AI-Kileeni had not been finished despite of the bad events and political changes in the era, but was a good motive to keep working.
The second chapter, was about the book of AI-Kafi, it included the contains of the book, besides the opinions of the science men, then we discussed the most important efforts done by the science men those came after Sheikh AI-Kileeni which mostly focused on his book AI-Kafi (including explanation, discussion and comments).
Moreover, we discussed the method of Sheikh AI-Kileeni in presenting the historical news written in his book AI-Kafi, this study was within the news we selected among the plenty of for purpose of the news existing in the book of AI-Kafi, about 16121 news and story.
We founded out that Sheikh AI-Kileeni has a special method and varied of other scientists they premiered in mention the historical news by providing the Koran verses those support these news as well as hadiths of the prophet Mohammed. As well as mentioning the countries, dates and numbers.
After we talked about the life of Sheikh AI-Kileeni and his book AI-Kafi as well as his method, in narrating the historical news, we saw to focus on the some of the political, economical and social sides those existing in his book AI-Kafi, in the third chapter, first section, the importance of Jihad, then we talked about the recommendation of the Messenger Mohammed and Imam Ali during the battles, by those we founded out the importance of the Jihad in protecting Islam.
In the economical side ,we founded there are sides permitted by Islam as HUAMA (light bleeding), teaching, agriculture and selling copies of Koran, and there are prohibited such as sinesng. gambling and Usurious, and we knew that the resources of Moslem nation thaoe mention in the book ci AI-Kat! were only come from Zakat. jezia . Kherai Fay, Ante I and Khoms (Islamic way ot tax) .
About the social sides, we saw the interest the historical news for the forming the family and how to build on right bases, it begins by selecting a good wife, later engaging, finally brightening up the sons . and we knew there are sorts of marriages, some are prohibited in Islam like wench and collecting sisters for one husband, and some are allowed such as Mute’e and slave woman, Sheikh AI-Kileeni didn’t ignore the subject of divorce, since he mentioned the news clarify that.
We clearly founded out that our profit and his members of house (peace be upon them) recommended to make human appear well-dressed and get beautiful with allowed toilets, but must be humble with his dress and must eat with the halal food.
