Abstract
The investor needs information to identify high-performing companies that deliver profits in the future any The decision will be based on this information so the companies are obliged to disclose transparently and accurately on this information Since the companies differ in the amount of disclosing information to this research aims to measure the degree of transparency in the Disclosure of the Iraqi industrial companies listed market Iraq Securities and predict the future of these companies by relying on the outlook for her and measure the impact of the degree of transparency in the disclosure of the industrial companies on the closure of the company shares and future prospects rates were determined nature of the relationship between research variables, whether positive or counterproductive, it was selected sample in terms of the availability of data for the year 2014 and these companies are:
(Baghdad for the manufacture of packaging materials , Mansour Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances ,Baghdad for soft drinks, Iraqi Carton Industry Iraqi , for engineering works for the Iraqi carpets, upholstery , modern sewing garments)
The research results show that the degree of transparency in the disclosure of these companies was weak and by 47% for non-disclosure of the research sample for most of the item scale S & P The transparency level of disclosure expected for the year 2015 was the production of ready-made clothing company by 56%, which is an acceptable ratio and through the Tobin measure’s q were measured profitability and performance expected result was 3.543, a high percentage for the period (2011-2014), while the outlook for the year 2015, the results were different between the companies have been producing apparel company ready achieved the highest proportion of which 2530.825, was the relationship statistically between the degree of transparency in the disclosure and the outlook for corporate results were mixed between positive and negative, and also determine the relationship between the degree of transparency in disclosure and closing prices on the one hand and on the other hand, the relationship between the closing prices and the outlook through the use of the correlation coefficient.
